We are giving one-month FREE access to the new customers who are subscribing to either 100Mbps Residential City Broadband Plan or 100Mbps Business City Broadband Plan.
What is the duration of this promotion?
This promotion is only valid for new subscribers, subscribing online from 1st April 2020 until 31st May 2020. Any subscription after 31st May 2020 will not be entitled for this promo.
Who is eligible for this promotion?
All new residential or business subscribers are eligible for this promo as long as our coverage is available at their residential or business area.
When can I install and activate my subscription?
Account installation and activation will only to be conducted after the MCO period ended.
Am I still eligible for this promo if I signed up with 12-month contract?
No, you will not be eligible. You need to subscribe to a 24-month contract plan.
Can I add-on Voice services for the promo plan?
Yes, if you are on the residential plan, you can.

Just add-on RM20 per month to get 1 voice line and 1 DECT phone. But if you are on the business plan, the Voice Services is already bundled together. You will get 1 Voice Line + 1 DECT Phone.
How do I subscribe to this promotion?
You may subscribe to this promotion via our website ONLY.
How will I know that I am getting the free access after my account is activated?
The first month’s bill of your subscribed 100Mbps Residential or Business City Broadband Plan will be waived in your first full month bill. However, other charges such as voice calls, deposits, add-ons, etc. (if any) will still apply.
Do I need to pay any deposit?
Yes, if you are on the residential plan, you will need to pay based on below category:
City Broadband Residential
No, if you are on a business plan.
What will happen after I get my one-month FREE access?
You will need to pay the original price of the City Broadband 100Mbps Plan, either you are subscribing to the residential plan or business plan.
Is there any installation charges?
No, the first 3m cable is given for free. However, you will need to pay if you required an additional cable.
Can I upgrade my existing City Broadband Residential Plan?
Yes, you can. But it will require a contract reset (based on your subscription plan) with no additional charges.
Can I downgrade my existing City Broadband plan to enjoy this promo?
Unfortunately, you can’t if you are still serving your contract. You will need to serve your contract accordingly before you can downgrade your City Broadband Plan.
I am an existing City Broadband Plan subscriber but I am already out of contract, can I renew my plan and enjoy the promo?
Yes, you can if you subscribed to 100Mbps City Broadband plan either Residential or Business, upon renewal and you will be tied down to another 24 month contract.
Can I terminate my subscription to City Broadband, any time?
Yes. However, a termination during your contract term is subject to a penalty. Penalty fee is RM500.
What will happen to my Voice services if I terminated my City Broadband Plan, either Residential or Business?
Your Voice services will also be terminated.
What is the penalty fee for Voice services if I terminated the services within my contract tenure?
The penalty fee for Voice services would be RM100.
What happen to my Residential Plan and Voice devices if I terminated the subscription within my contract tenure?
You will need to return the router and DECT phone to our Service Center in Cyberjaya.
Can I add additional Fixed IP for my 100Mbps Business City Broadband Plan?
Yes, you can, Just add RM200 per Fixed IP per month or RM400 for 5 Fixed IP per month.
Can I carry forward the previous Fixed IP from my existing Business Plan when I upgraded into 100Mbps Business City Broadband Plan?
Yes, you can. You are allowed to carry forward your existing Fixed IP.
